General FAQs

Where are you located?

We have branches in Clifton, DHA 6 and KDA in Karachi, and Gulberg in Lahore. For further details please refer to the locations section.

Do i need to make an advance booking or are walk-ins welcome?

While we do accommodate walk-in clients we strongly advise prior appointments to avoid waiting time or disappointment.

What is your late and cancellation policy?

Appointments are held for 15 minutes before being given to the next client in our waitlist. If you think you’ll be running late please inform our frontdesk persons on priority so that they can help in readjusting your slot. For cancellations please inform our frontdesk staff at least a day in advance.

What if my barber is unavailable at the desired time?

If your desired barber is unavailable for whatever reason, you can:

a. Request for another barber of similar experience.

b. Request to be put on the waitlist in case of a cancellation.

c. Request for an appointment for another time or day.

Do you do infants cuts?

We do have clients in the infant and minor age groups. For first timers we strongly advise that this is performed in their homes - where they are calm. Please note we only have a select few skilled technicians to do this.

For in-house appointments we would advise for you to bring in minors during off-peak hours where they are more at ease with their surroundings.

While we are stringent about hygiene measures, we would request for you to have the equipment sterilised in front of you for your peace of mind

Can I bring my own tools?

Yes, you can - at your own discretion, but please keep into consideration that it takes a while for a skilled technician to get accustomed to a new set of tools.

What is the difference between Level 1 (Senior) & Level 2 (Master) Barbers?

Level 1 (Senior) barbers are experienced and reliable, catering to a broad range of services. Level 2 (Master) barbers are experts, specializing in intricate techniques and traditional styles, are highly sought after for their exceptional skills.

What is the difference between Classic and VIP?

The Classic Area is our communal space whereas our Premium Suites are for our VIP clientele who require more space and privacy.

Do you do collaborations?

We are always open to collaborations, for any specific inquiries please feel free to contact media@ngents.com

Do you do gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available and can be customised as per your need.

Do you have any deals and packages?

We offer various packages for regular clients, grooms, as well as specific card holders. For further details please refer to the packages section of our website or contact a frontdesk near you.

Do you provide consultations?

We strongly believe in our visitors consulting with us in order to gain confidence in our work. All clients and potential clients are entitled a consultation at all of our locations. Kindly reach out to our frontdesk staff in order to coordinate one for you.

Shipping FAQs

Where do you ship your products?

We currently offer shipping within Pakistan due to export restrictions on liquids.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders above 3,000/- PKR will be shipped for free.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery, after processing can be expected in 1-2 days within Karachi, and 2-3 days in Pakistan, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or
the carrier's website.

I think my order has been lost, what should I do?

If you believe your order has been lost please email us quoting your order number from your order confirmation email.

How do I contact NGents?

You can email us at -@ngents.com and our customer service team will reply as soon as possible, certainly within 24 working hours.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of order placement. Post expiry of the period, no requests shall be entertained by us.

Return & Exchange FAQs

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused unopened, and in its original condition. Please note that certain products, or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for returns.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at orders@ngents.com. Provide order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer support representatives will guide you through the
process.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on
our part or if you receive a damaged or defective item.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will assist you in arranging a replacement.

Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

Fragile products without original seals, opened or used items, products not in their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Products obtained through promotional incentives or giveaways, as well as items returned due to customer
discretion, are not eligible for the return process.
