Where do you ship your products?
We currently offer shipping within Pakistan due to export restrictions on liquids.
What are the shipping costs?
A shipping cost of PKR 200 will be applied to all orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery, after processing, can be expected in 1-2 days within Karachi, and 2-3 days in Pakistan, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
I think my order has been lost, what should I do?
If you believe your order has been lost please email us quoting your order number from your order confirmation email.

How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of order placement. Post-expiry of the period, no requests shall be entertained by us.
