Hard to Blend

It feels impossible to blend in and make it look flawless, could be my skin too but I tried it on different people, it dries out quickly and stays where it was applied, I have tried mixing it with a moisturizer and an eye cream but it still doesn’t blend and stays where it was applied looking patchy, even used a damp beauty sponge to blend it but it just doesn’t do.
